Introduction to Agile

The Introduction to Agile course provides a thorough understanding of the fundamentals and principles of the Agile approach to Project Management.  In the past decade, the Agile approach to project management has been the de-facto approach to project management in the software industry and is rapidly spreading to all other industries including finance, healthcare, space, government, and many more.  The Agile approach relies on self-organized and self-correcting teams to focus on the changing customer needs and adapts to the changing requirements scenario.  Agile approach also focuses on short iterations to demonstrate progress on the project to the customer, sponsor and the team.  Agile is adaptive and incorporates lean principles as well.  The Introduction to Agile course will provide the user with a complete set of tools and techniques to quickly get competent in running their first Agile project.
